I’m the person that will avoid the dentist at all cost. From start to finish my appointment was pleasant. Paula offered me various options as a self pay patient, Finley explained my dental care thoroughly and honestly I was laughing the whole time. Oscar executed the treatment without any pain. I am actually looking forward to my next visit. They were very professional but had great personalities and made me feel comfortable through the financial and procedure process.

OMG! Talk about an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The service I received was IMPECCABLE! The dental team and doctor were very thorough and made sure I understood ALL I needed to know about the health of my teeth. I didn’t feel rushed and ALL my questions were answered and the things they told me were clarified. Dr. Finley, your team is AWESOME! I would HIGHLY recommend this Aspen Dental location…10 OUT 10 STARS!!!

This may sound crazy, but I actually had a great time at my dentist appointment last week! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ciara at the front desk, who was both friendly and professional. Next, I met my dental assistant, Ms. Loudette, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the entire visit. I mentioned that I usually struggle with bitewing X-rays, and she gave me the best X-ray experience I've ever had! I wish I had gotten my dental hygienist's name because he was wonderful as well. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Finley, who was absolutely phenomenal! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Last but certainly not least, Jimmy checked me out at the end of my appointment. He was such a blast that I ended up staying a few extra minutes just to chat with him! Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, fun, and highly knowledgeable in their role. I honestly can't wait to come back lol

I truly don’t have enough words to express how incredible this experience has been for me so far. From Dr. Finley, Oscar, Ashley, Savannah, and the X-ray technician (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch but absolutely deserves recognition), to Miss Shelly—every single person I encountered made a lasting impression. This team is exceptionally accommodating and takes the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of care, from financial details to the full treatment process involved in restoring my smile. I have never felt more comfortable, informed, or at ease in a dental setting. Savannah and Ashley were especially helpful in guiding me through financial assistance, all while making the process enjoyable with plenty of laughter. Their kindness and professionalism truly stand out. Dr. Finley brings a warm, engaging personality that immediately puts you at ease. He clearly explains what is happening and what steps are needed to achieve the best possible outcome, which I deeply appreciated. For four weeks, I tried to get my payment information update with my new insurance that would be due on the day of service. I was promised three times they would call back later that day. Never heard back. On day of treatment I was given local injectable anesthesia and the doctor started working on my teeth that needed a crown/ cap. Both he and the hygienist left for probably 75-80 minutes with no explanation and I sat there and waited. And waited. And waited.I don’t know how long two crowns should take, but I’m fairly certain it’s not three hours. Finally, the gal who replaced the both of them came in, she did apologize, but didn’t realize I wasn’t told what was going on, and she put on temporary crowns. There is still glue on the roof of my mouth. My tooth next to one tooth that they worked on my left side is hurting. I hope to God it’s not cracked now. I called yesterday trying to make an appointment for yesterday and of course I got voice message. With no response until today. I guess I’ll get to see somebody Monday. I hope I don’t have any additional problems by then. I can’t chew on my left side anyway as my teeth don’t match up right . So you know, to add insult to injury
